Today I felt the urge to write up and cast a protection spell. Not for myself but for my father as he drives for hours throughout the day. I asked him to take me to the store on his way out after casting said spell. I wanted to pick up a white candle as I had started to write up another spell and a ritual after writing the first one. Inspiration.

On our way back from the store pulling out of where we were picking up dinner this woman comes within a breath's inch of plowing straight through the front of the car. My father and the woman both stopped seemingly just in time.

For the spell I used a black candle, an herb I like to use for protection, and a button I found that had fallen off my father's clothing as the spell was directed at him.

My question is did I in some way cause this to happen?

Or was it my intuition prompting me to cast the spell.

And how do I tell the difference?

Circumstances similar to this has happened with a previous protection spell as well.

Any help?
