I have been developing my energy raising and manipulating skills for a while now (about 4 years) and i have discovered something that i think is pretty amazing. Me and my friend where experimenting with a binding spell a few days ago, i dont mean the kind of binding spell where you stop someone from hurting others, i mean the kind of binding spell that will in a sense 'freeze' someone still for a few moments. We where trying this one day after school for hours, and it was working. but we havent developed it enough for us to keep someone held without concentrating. The most amazing thing we did was to held eachother still from the neck down just by manipulating energy. I know it sounds kind of scary but we will continue to develop it and work on it. Also i will explain how i work this spell. Basically you need to raise a lot of energy, do this in whatever way you do to raise it. Then you outstrech your hand towards the person to be bound, then imagine all the energy you have raise channeling into your hands. Once its in your hands you need to imagine the energy traveling from your hands and pressing down on the person(it is really hard to btw) then imagine the energy binding around them, and holding them like the are tied up with rope.
