There are ways to physicly change your body through chi , the natural energy you can create once mastered can be used to change your height but for minor changes all you have to do is change your fingers for proof , all you do is meditate until you can hear both halves of your heartbeat, then , if you know how to control your chi visualize the chi coming from your left hand and going into your other hand well pushing thew chi to the right hand , do this for a few minutes and your left hand will shrink and your right hand will grow, you need to have good control of your chi to do this
