I've been told a lot of things about what the two are and mean and was wondering if anyone could give me a definite answer, since I find different ones online. Basically, the thing I've been going with for a while (because it's what I've been told most) is that a pentagram is just a right side up star, each point representing the elements. A pentacle is the same thing in a circle and represents the elements unified. An inverted pentagram represents material over spirit, and same with the inverted pentacle. Is any of this right? Does it change from person to person or are people just misguided?
