I was meditating with a white candle, gazing into the flame for quite some time. When finished, I looked to the wall and I kept seeing a red oval shaped orb with a green border around it. Could someone help me with finding out what it is? This is the second time this has happened to me. It fades away after a couple of minutes, though.
