I have recently been looking into astral projection as this is an area I have heard a lot about but not fully investigated, iv'e been looking up experiments that have been done in the past which seem to verify its credibility. And in my view is the closest proof to the soul modern science has gotten to.

One example is a series of tests that were carried out in 1983 by a Doctor Charles T tart who later published a book of their findings of these tests. What Chales did was place a series of electrodes on the participants head and while alseep he would go into another room. He would use a random number table to give of a string of a 5 digit random number.

After the test was done the test subjects reported and confirmed the numbers they had seen, and avoid any confirmation bias, they were asked to recite the numbers before they were shown to them by the researcher. This isn't the only experiements that have been carried out, in another part of the world an extensive study that lasted well over 10 years showed that they could detect when the person had projected out of their body or whether they were simply projecting a part of their mind.

However I'd like to hear your experiences with this, what tests you put in place and any control measures you used to avoid confirmation bias affecting the results?

I'd also like to ask about the experiences you had, whether you traveled to places other than earth, to time zones that appeared to be in the past or future, or even if you know the limitations of what AP can do and what it can't.
