Last night I was super tired and had trouble going to sleep, and I also was worried that I would be too tired for school the next day. Whilst I am trying to sleep my mind races and its hard to stop it and try to sleep. My thoughts are completely random. I am not sure if this is a dream but, from where I was sitting on my bed I see 2 (or 3) people. To be exact 1 or 2 students and a teacher. They are wearing the same uniform as me. They appear to be human. They have this bizarre face which fades out from their olive skin colour into a paper-white. This only covers their general facial features. In the middle of their face is a giant exclamation mark (!) in black. They then all turn to face me. While I was seeing that I heard in a whispered voice "it's in the eye of the teacher" (or something that rhymes with teacher).

The entire time that happened I was looking at it in the exact same position I was when I was trying to sleep.

After I saw whatever that was I encountered an intense vibration cover my body 2 times every 10-20 or-so seconds.

What do you think this might be?

  • A dream?
  • The beginning of Astral Projection?
  • Sleep paralysis?
  • Maybe I am just going insane

Any and all help will be much appreciated!
