Speed Astral Projection

To do this spell you will have to stay awake for longer than 24 hours.

• after 24 or more hours have passed and you feel like you can pass out easily go lay in your bed with your head facing the north and on your back.
• repeatedly tell yourself that you are going to fall and astral project and visualize your body getting heavier and heavier.
• when you do this your actually going to end up falling through your floor. This won't take very long considering your going to reach that deep relaxed state not too long after laying down since you are sleep deprived. I highly doubt this will take any longer than 20 minutes.

Note: your visualizing yourself falling because your going to have trouble trying to float upwards when you are very tired and it would be a lot easier to think of yourself falling.
