Water is free flowing, the embodiment of constant movement. One of conception, and death; the element of emotions that pass through generation after generation. Those heavily influenced by water help with compassion, sense of community, healing and psychic development. Our own bodies are water-based. It's only a matter of connecting internally and intimately.
Water works in conjunction with all other elements to sustain life on earth.
Different types of Water/Water Magick
Ocean Water - power, energy, cleansing, mermaid magic, weather magic, charging, blessing, lunar magic, change, transformation, banishing, chaotic/destructive, healing, emotional, protection, focus, life, vastness, strength and adaptation.
River Water - movement, releasing, cleansing, charging, travel, warding, water fae, spirit work, adaptation.
Lake Water - reflection, depth, mystery, calm/peace, fae magic, psychic work, stillness, meditation, stagnancy, restriction, binding, cycles.
Waterfall Water - serenity, peace, movement, power, energy, success, moving forward, bravery, journeying.
Swamp Water - banishing/binding, curses, spirit work, protection (redirecting negative energy)
Well Water - empowering wishes, healing and strengthening intuition.
Snow Water - new beginnings, purity, encouraging, transformation.
Rain Water -
- Gentle Rain - clarity, protection, glamours, cleansing, growth, finding truth, refreshing a situation.
- Heavy Rain: energy, destruction, curses, deep/heavy cleansing, release.
The element of water reminds us that life is free-flowing. That growth and change are necessary to get to the next part of our journey in life and in spirituality.
