A. E. Waite developed his popular Tarot deck in the early 20th century with the help of the Rider and Son's Company, whom originally published the deck in 1909. Artist Paula Coleman Smith, under the instruction and guidance of Waite, created this famous deck. First published in 1910, the imagery found on each card is meant to inspire the reader to receive the complete message the card has to offer. The Key To The Tarot, an 80 page instruction book written by A. E. Waite and containing an introduction by Stuart R. Kaplan, has been included with this deck. Card stack measures 4 and 3/4 inches by 2 and 3/4 inches by 1 and 1/8 inches.
