Getting rid of unwanted

I would like to suggest creating a spell that helps banishing entities, no matter their type. I've seen they are truly wanted, moreover by people who claim they can't get rid of succubi/incubi or are hunted by ghosts.

Since not all of them prefer calling an exorcist for such matter, a simple yet accurate banishing ritual for any unwanted guest would be helpful.

I've heard about that. Tough I was suggesting something easy, that would work for the newbies here as well. I've seen many youngsters here looking for black magic and summonings, and as far as I know they forget to protect themselves. This is when such spell would come in handy :)

I use sound. A clear bell (I use one of those desk bells you find in hotels) produces a clear tone that, while annoying in multiple strikes, with a single reverberation seems to push negative energy away from its path. I usually do this:

1. I carry the bell with me and use the sound waves to smudge the house, or person.

2. I then set up wards around the house or on the person to keep any negative energy from coming back.

3. I speak a blessing over the whole house or person, to cement the wards and boost their power.

This doesn't always work, so I sometimes have to delve into the Dreamscape, usually by pulling the entities with me, and fighting them there, or imprisoning them. But I've only had to do that once. The above usually works just fine. You can substitute the burning of Sage or other incense for the clear sounds of the bell, if you prefer, or if you just can't find a bell you think is clear enough. Your call.

Different beings require different ways to ward them away. There is no one size fits all. Most of the time, the ones experiencing the problem, invited the problem in the first place. But for times when the spirit was not given an open door sound, smoke, or other general banishments would work just fine.

Many also use the Middle Pillar Exercise and Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (google it) together as a general banishment.

Oh, but I know about them I just wanted something easy and efficient for that on SoM are many dabblers, who experiment things they are not prepared for. They end up hurt/scared and ask for such ritual. I wanted to give them something along with the warning of not palying with what they don't know. Ty for your advice, however. They are, indeed, great rituals.
