Write a simple charm for her to accept the first date. Its best to include her name in it.
Speak it over a red rose. Take one petal off the rose, use preferably a gold marker (but black will do) and draw the rune gebo, and then kenaz to the right of that so that kenaz < is aligned with the angles of and almost inside the X that is gebo. Sharpie makes awesome metallic markers but I've only seen them in office department stores.
Slip the petal in your pocket and give her the rose and ask her on a date. In accepting the rose, she accepts the charm and if you were able to manifest the charm, she'll accept going on a date.
Remember, you can't make any spell work if you can't manipulate and control energy, focus your will, and believe in your goal.
The rest is up to you and fate. Be yourself and what will be, will be! If you are right for each other, it will work out. If it doesn't, accept it and move on. my advice, dont do this, it will bite you in the butt. believe me, ive done it plenty of times. as for the poetry thing: make a poem and enchant it so that when you speak the words to her, or she reads it, she will have overwhelming feelings for you.
How about instead of trying to cast a charm on her, you cast one on yourself, perhaps a charm to make you more appealing or noticible, something that brings out or flatters the better characteristics of you, rather than manipulating someone else's free will and neglecting their choice.
Stop trying to control others, and control yourself. It may seem harder but in the long run it's more beneficial for you, and others around you.
Do both a spell on the person and one on yourself, plenty of spells on the internet you can use, after all its the energy you put into the spell that makes it work, not the words like theillyrium seems to think.
