Cut up the nightshade leaves and if possible get any form of juice from the root and stalk of a nightshade plant.

Next crush up the holly and mistletoe berries and leave the skins and separate it out it will be a mess just saying.

Now wait until midnight or until 2 in the morning and transfer this up into small containers or jars and label them.
When you plan to poison someone you should put it in a drink or put it on something they eat to where they eat that on the first bite where it will enter the body quickly this will result in harsh sickness cramps vomiting and hopefully death.

Woah. This sounds powerful. If anyone has tried this, please inform me on the results.

I don't know what about this is ''vampire'' [granted, I don't work with vampires] but this is poison. Someone could get sick and possibly die, so I wouldn't recommend testing it. Mistletoe is poisonous and not recommended for people with small animals to use in decoration as it can kill them if they ingest enough of it, as are holly berries. As for plant in the nightshade family, again, depends on what type you get your hands on. Overall, I wouldn't test it. It is poison, and it will work. If you were to use it magically, I would use it to anoint a candle or poppet of the target and not slip it into their drink as it would be criminal.
