Was pretty excited to get this sadly does not look like the picture at all, a lot of white cracks on it that had me concerned (was actually worried if it was the right one)
when I looked it up from how the one I got it looks more like a Almandine Garnet which is A Garnet but it was unexpected and not exactly what I was going for
