You will need the following items for this spell:

First, clean off the area you will be using. Make it clean, or it is a sign of disrespect.
You need to light the sage, lavender, or incense and cleanse yourself first. Visualize all negativity leaving you. Waft the smoke onto your body. All over. Do so like you are showering. Next, grab the bag, and do the same thing.
Put all the herbs in one by one and while doing so please chant:
O goddess, o goddess. Please come to me. O goddess o goddess, listen to me. Wait until you feel something with you. If you dont just continue chanting, O goddess, o goddess no bad will come of this. O goddess, o goddess please guide me well. Please bless this item, for all as well. Pick up the item and visualize all bad coming out of it, and only good going in. While doing this, continue chanting what is above.
Put the blessed item in the bag, and it is ready to go. To be given to someone, or to be for you. It is recommended that you keep it with you so that it continues working. It doesn't do its job very well if you have it one day, and not the next.
