I have 2 questions, 1. have you tried it before? and 2. what does that last line mean?

1. Personally no, I don't work with Wolf spirits in my craft [though if you want my opinion if you're using it in a ritual to connect with a wolf spirit it could theoretically work, provided you're not expecting the physically become one] 2. I think it's a typo for ''so mote it be'' which is a way many choose to end their spells [similar to christians ending prayers with ''amen''] it basically means ''so shall it be'' or ''it will be''

How can i get a spell that wil make my eyes turn coloured with wolf senses and speed but i wont turn to a wolf?

you cannot. such things are not real for humans to possess

You do not have an inner wolf. You can work with wolf spirits and wolf totems. However, you do not connect with them by simply stating ''I want a wolf.'' You need to go through a spiritual journey. This ''spell'' does not work.
