Say nine times:

"As we howl out
In the pale moonlight
Our minds are wild
And our feet are swift
The thrill of the kill
The hunt and the pack
A wolf I am
I stalk and attack"

If you are using this as a blessing because you work with wolf energies or astral werewolves, it could work. If this is another spell to ''make you a werewolf'' this will not work, you cannot physically transform.

It could help with mental or astral shifting. It could also work as a prayer of sorts to wolf spirits to ask them for help. Animal Witches (the witches who work with animal spirits) can probably make good use of this spell to call up the power of the Wolf (stealth, loyalty, teamwork, etc. Not actual superpowers). All in all, it's a pretty useful spell if you aren't expecting to turn into a wolf or something.

Also, if you're wondering, you don't have to bow to the moon. The moon isn't the direct source of energy for wolf magick (or any other kind of animal magick). The moon is connected to wolves, but there's no need to bow. You could say a quick thank you while visualizing the full moon (the moon most commonly associated with wolves), or just do nothing.
