Realms

Does anyone know much on realms and if through meditation or something to get stuff out of the realm and be brought into this world cuz I was told that you could if someone paid you that way or if they gave you something. Im may just be delusional on this subject but just wondering if anyone knows cuz I do reiki in different realms and through meditation and have been studying the realms but dont quite understand everything. If anyone has any advice on realms that would be great
