Anyone know how to channel positive energy?

Depends what you mean. If you mean charging positive energy [aka magick energy] the energy is neutral and we give it a charge. Let the energy enter your body [there are many methods, easy one is feel/visualize it entering when you inhale] as you charge, visualize it as a positive colour whatever it may be for you. White, gold, and silver are common colours.

If you mean positive energy like 'happy thoughts' again, there are many ways find what works for you. Affirmations work for some, reading quotes, or uplifting stories/articles, self-help books, meditation, yoga, and volunteering are some ways people bring positivity into their lives.
