During astral projection, I don't think so. But there is something called dreamwalking.

I'll leave that to you to research yourself.

It is a form of projection but it is not "astral". If you use terms that are of the "new age" or modern lingo, the astral is a plane of existence parallel to ours. It is on the outside of us. When we project astrally we project our astral body outward. But dreamwalking is a form of mental projection. We can project inward into ourselves, and we do so every night that we dream and every day we day dream. But dreamwalking is projecting into another person. It is moving a piece of your consciousness (mind soul) to peer into or walk within someone else's mental realm. It is journeying into a microcosm, the internal world of individual.

It isn't fun. It isn't safe. And I suggest you don't play around with it. You should have many years of experience in projection and complete confidence in your capabilities. Then you need to throw them all out the window and realize you're entering into a surreal world where anything can happen. On the outside is where the order is. On the inside is chaos.

I suggest that if you want to play with people's dreams that you use ritual work to influence the mind and not try to actually enter their dreams until you know exactly what you're doing. A good start is learning how to have lucid dreams. It will allow you to consciously travel while you sleep.

Is it possible to go into a dream and change the scenario if it's negative?

In your own dreams yes, it's called lucid dreaming. You have to be aware that you are dreaming while you dream. As such, you are able to change it generally.

Also, as Raven pointed out, dreamwalking isn't fun and can change how you fundamentally think about things based on another individual's perspective if you are not otherwise capable of identifying the fact that you are dreaming.

Oh, is it true that you can trigger lucid dreams if you wake up like at 3:00(just and example)then stay up for about 20 or 30 minutes, then go back to sleep?(I may get this mixed up with sleep paralysis.
