A posting from Victoria Clare, Troth Rede Steerswoman essentially has said that while the Troth will not dictate who a person or individual honors- Loki is not allowed at several troth-events because they wish to keep the "frith within the organization", that allowing him causes discontentment in the Troth, and that those who work towards removing the ban are the minority group. The Rede has agreed to review the language, but that doesn't mean we can expect any changes.
Essentially, to me, it would appear that while they were polite and accepting when there were elders protesting at the event- they are not planning on changing much now that it's not a public ordeal. Regardless, I am happy someone stood up to the ban and I hope it will be removed one day.?
I personally think they should read Lokasenna and see what happens when Loki isn't allowed somewhere and he goes anyways. :) but I keep positive that one say Lokeans will be allowed to honor their Gods like any other heathen.
I'll update if there's more news.
