You can find your element easily. Simply go about meditating on each and find which one you are closest to or identify the most with.
An easy way of this could be feeling the energies of a candle, a bowl of water, the air about you, and a bit of dirt and comparing the energies to yourself.
Another way could be by sitting outside on a windy day, building up a fire outside, playing in the rain, or hugging a tree. All good things, all easy enough to do, all fun to do though your neighbors may think you are crazy.
But in the end, all elements are your elements since you are made up of each. So work with all of them and become proficient in asking each for their individual or combined assistance.
