(please note) The part on DNA is personal belief and not yet solidly proven fact.

It is a very solid scientific theory called "genetic memory" and your right, bloodlines with magick users does enhance that innate ability.

I believe in genetic memory 100% because my daughter has freaked me out on many occasions by repeating things I did when I was a child, without ever knowing it. For instance, I had a blanket I carried everywhere, and I would run my fingers through the edges of it for comfort. I loved it when it was "cold" or cool to the touch and would get upset when someone sat or laid on it and made it warm. I am astounded that my daughter also is extremely attached to a blanket, runs her fingers through it identically to the way I did, even rubbing it on her cheek when she falls asleep, as I did, and will scream "no! You'll make my blankie hot!" When someone accidentally lays or sits on it and explained to me that it feels good cold not warm. How?! What other explaination could cause this? Absolutely nothing other than genetic memory in my opinion. It's incredible.

@ WhiteRav3n. I had thought it was well founded but did not recall the proper name and did not wish to mislead anyone. You have my thanks. ^^
