No sleep spell

Is there a spell for making you not sleep. Or could you just take other people's energy that don't really use it. Like non witches or wiccans or pagans. Like not enough to make them tired but like a little bit
The best thing to do is take naps. And before you nap, meditate.
Leonardo Di Vinci never slept a full night's rest in his later years. He learned to take small naps every few hours. Doctors, parents of newborns, and many others do this when they have to. It takes a while to get used to.
But if you go to school, this will be very difficult to perform. But a good nap after school can give you more time at night to relax and study.
Scientists for years denied that anyone could "catch up" on sleep. But I've done it my whole life. Only until recently did they finally do a study that proved that indeed you can!
Just Never let yourself get exhausted. That's very bad for your health.
As for magick, I find that the rutilated quartz holds a charge of energy like no other. I am not a morning person, so I always wear it near my solar plexus when I need to be somewhere early and on my top game. Every stone has its own personality though, some are better at certain things than others even if they are the same type of stone. So I suggest picking a pendant in a store, that way you can choose the one that matches your needs.
The sleep pattern that Raven described is called poly-phasic sleep pattern. You can google the term, and you will find instruction. It basically means that you take a 20 minute to 30 minute sleep every four hours. You learn to go straight into REM. It takes about 1-2 weeks to adjust to, and many people find it very energising. The only drawback, is that you must sleep at the correct times, or you will have to start all over again. It can also place limits on your freedom. Good luck! :D
All people use their energy, even non magic users. Taking something that isn't yours without permission is stealing. Some people do it by accident, usually they're referred to as psychic vampires. Some psychic vampires can control when they take energy, but it's still stealing if they don't ask permission first.
Also, witches wiccans and pagans are not the only magic users out there. I am neither a witch, a wiccan nor a pagan and I practice magic. If you need energy take it from somewhere it won't be missed, like from the sun or the moon or the stars. There are so many sources of energy.
Not sleeping at all isn't good for your health. It can be done but I don't recommend it. Eventually your body starts to shut down and it will cause all sorts of health problems. Believe it or not most people can only survive a week without any sleep at all.
If you need to be awake for a long time, I suggest green tea. Seriously, it's much easier than a spell. Non-magical solutions to non-magical problems are almost always easier and faster with better results. Save the magic for things you can't do with non-magical means.
It's just that every night I have this one repeating nightmare and I only get to sleep for 1-3 hours of sleep a night if that. That's the reason I'm asking even naps I get them. Thats the reason I'm asking. I find that amethyst helps me stay awake when combined with citrine. But sometimes even that isn't enough. And it doesn't let up ever. I used to love sleeping but know I'm terrified of meditation cuz sometimes I get it then.
Repeating nightmares frequently have psychological OR magical reasons behind them. If you can determine what your mind is trying to tell you the nightmare will probably go away.
