Black magic? No black magic? You won't get any results at all if you don't practice your basics first. Besides, the best way to sort it out is to just talk it out.

Last time I tried to "talk it out" He ended up trying to shoot himself, and ended up shooting his sister.

It is not your job to find happiness for him. Your job is to take care of you and make sure your okay in the long run. If you don't want him to shoot himself just leave when he's not there, get a job, and go rent an apartment somewhere. The reason he is trying to shoot himself is because he knows you will stay if he does. It is a form of manipulation usually practiced by men and sometimes women. Anyway so if he's at work or at the grocery store just leave him a note and go. Trust me he's not going to shoot himself if he knows your not going to fall for it and if he really does he needs to be in a psychiatric hospital surrounded by guards 24/7. I know you said you don't care about yourself but it will be kinder to him and to yourself to leave. He will get over it in time. Think about it this way you said he shot his sister well, next time it could be you.

You can always do a binding spell. It'll stop him from doing any harm to himself and to others. Hope everything goes ok. Good luck!

I'm 13, so I don't find that solution to be highly possible as much as I wish it could be.
