This exersise will help you to get rid of extra energy. This will prevent a phsycic clog.

Lay down in a comfortable position,close your eyes. Visualise a flow of water flowing from your head and out of your feet after your do this for a while, visualise a white stream of light flowing out of you along with the water. This is the axtra energy. Do this for a while until you can no longer see the energy flowing from you.
