Hey, guys. Anyone got any spells to get someone to stop snoring?

For context, I'm currently in a college apartment (really just a dorm room) and my current roommate currently snores so much that if I somehow end up getting woken up (which is sometimes by his snoring) there is really no chance for me to fall back asleep.

I preferably need something simple without too many components or anything else that might be disallowed in this place.

If there's nothing that'll help then I understand.
