Dragons can come in various types of shapes and form. Many dispite seeing dragons as part of a lizard or reptile that where around when the dinasours where still alive millions of years of ago. They are known to have scaley bodies with sharp claws that can easily kill its prey with. Dragons are also known to have long tails that a have sharp tips from its middle body all the way to the end of their tail.
Dragons are able to fly because they have wing like structures that make them fly in the air. This is really a dragons most defense system because without wings they wouln't be able to defend them selves as much. But there are those that are land dragons who do not specialize in flying. Having sharp claws are many things such as climbing, cleaning, clawing at their prey or for killing, and scratching.
Infact our latest dragon is that of the Komodo Dragon which is the late cousin of the dragon. Komodo Dragons are giant lizards that eat fresh raw meat and kill their prey. But do they do not breath fire do they? Like the dragons in mythology.
Another feature of the dragon its capability to breath fire. Have you ever wondered how dragons are able to breath fire? Dragons have a special scah in there stomach that allows them to breath fire. These sachs are located near the lungs, in which produce and store hydrogen, with the process of hydrogen in their bodies they are able to release a chemical into the air and be able to breath fire. It is said that hydogren also helps them to able to fly in the air.
