Cup your hands and close your eyes, imagining the wind's energy gathering in your hands, you should feel a little movement. This takes a lot of concentration but once mastered you can control wind with ease.

You cannot control wind. There are beliefs in influencing weather, but these are considered difficult and fickle. This isn't weather magick, though--this is just telekinesis, which is fake.
