This gave me a laugh. Singing ''let it snow'' will not make it snow. If that was possible, every elementary school pageant would end in a blizzard. However, if you create a chant or song you use when casting weather Magik, it is plausible. But I will stress, this does not mean you simply sing a song and it works. Weather Magik requires a lot of energy and focus. Unless you are born with the ability, it will take a lot of trail and error before you are able to conjure a change in weather by singing. You need to charge energy and visualize your goal while you sing. To test this, be sure snow is not in the forecast for the day, and you are in a climate that can get snow.
