If done correctly,you should feel the wind and see it blow on trees

This works if you concentrate enough. A big thing about the wind is it like to talk to people. If it doesn't work try asking nicely and sincerely.

This requires an edit. As outlined, it would only work for someone connected with the air element. At best, it might cause a light breeze, but you cannot control or manipulate wind with Real Magik.
