This spell is a little more science related because it involves using your own body heat to begin the spell and magical power to amplify the spell's power. This will conjure physical heat and astral fire. It works by causing the air molecules to heat up, thus causing heat as they make friction

Hold your hand with your palm facing up. Concentrate on how the memory made you angry. Feel that anger and then center it around your hand. Visualize the astral fire becoming so intense that it manifests as heat in the physical realm. There you go. You have conjured fire and heat. If you feel like an incantation will help you focus, then use the word "Ignis". Ignis is Latin for fire.
