Sit on your bed/sleeping area and imagine the person you want to test on. Ever feature as if they were sleeping. Then imagine a channel from your mind to their.

Then chant:

"Your thoughts are fine,
so they shall be mine,
thought be me and said by you.
Thought by you and told to me.
I will overlap your mind,
and you shall tell me in twelve hours time."
 

Then go to bed.

In conclusion you should send them a "vision" they will tell you all about in twelve hours. They might not think it's you who sent it but will tell you.
