Does this actually work?

No. If your goal is to create real fire, This wont' work for a few reasons, the obvious one being that you can't simply conjure fire out of nothing using magic. You can create an energy ball with elemental fire energy sure, but it won't physically burn anything like a fireball depicted in fiction would. Second, nothing's going to happen if you simply chant something one time and leave it at that. Chants are used to help build energy. This spell has no instructions for building or focusing energy, visualizing what you want that energy to do, etc. Such things are vitally important for any spell to work.

This is fake and does not work. You cannot conjure fire from nothing with Real Magik on the physical plane. Real Magik on the physical plane does not defy the laws of nature as it is a force of nature.
