This spells was designed to prevent the empathic spelll caster from feeling the pain or sorrow from others.

Casting Instructions for 'No Sorrow No Pain'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1 Black Candle (or at least something dark in color)
  • 5 minutes of time alone.

  • 1 Black Candle (or at least something dark in color)
  • 5 minutes of time alone.

1. Light the dark color candle.

2. Fold your hands as though your in prayer.

3. Will your personal energy out from you in the form of a circle.

4. Say the words:

 

"I feel no sorrow I feel no pain my emtions are my own and noone elses."

 

 

5. Blow out the candle and know untill the next new moon you will feel your own emotions. Also if neptune moves into a different house then recast the spell.
