When casting a circle, many people do certain things to prepare this space for their magickal workings. This is a very short chant to do for preparation.

Casting Instructions for 'Circle Cleansing'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • The area where your circle will be
  • Broom

Take your broom and begin to energy sweep from West to East. When I say energy sweep, I mean imagine your broom clearing out all the negative energy, but do not let your broom touch the ground. Say the following at least three times while sweeping;

Sweep, sweep, sweep the ground,
All negativity shall be bound,
I banish all that is profane,
Only positive shall remain!
