Create a mud, a sticky mess,
In its purpose I must confess,
To grow and swell and not depress,
All that seeks to fill a dress.
You will need as much dirt to make a thick mud in the bowl. Once you have the mud (stir it while you sprinkle in dirt as needed) the magical mud is complete, and anyone who spreads the mud on their chest will have their breasts grow.
An alternative way of casting this spell is to place a necklace in the water and then do the spell. Once done you can rinse the mud off the necklace and wear the necklace. The more someone wears the necklace, the more their breasts will grow.

This is also a fake spell, magick cannot physical change us, it cannot alter our genetics either, the size of a persons chest is not going to change by adding mud.

just because Pet founded the site, doesn't mean he is without fallacy. this is his site, and he can post whatever he wants, but it doesn't mean he is always correct, simply, he has final say on how the site operates. HearthWitch makes an excellent point, and if you believe this is a working spell, try it for yourself. However, don't conclude something is right or wrong simply because of who said it. I think Petrarca didn't make a mistake. For some weird reason, people keep looking for bigger breasts spells (no idea why). I think because of this popularity, Petrarca decided to add his own to increase the number of people coming to the site. Or just a prank.
Ok to be fair, if spells can make a wound (such as my broken toe) heal faster than a normal human being could, then I'm sure some spells can increase breast size.
In theory, I will go out on a limb and say during puberty it could happen slightly, but once your breasts have stopped developing, no change will occur. healing helps a natural change [fixing an injury] breasts develop over a period of time then stop [unless we're talking pregnancy] to make it start growing again would go against nature. That said, try it yourself and see if it does anything.

I will agree the chances of this working is pretty low. But a lot of times it is just a peace of mind that people are searching for. Maybe someone using this will feel slightly better for a few days or it will give them an alter view of themselves. But yeah, I really won't recommend this.
