Awaken the Magick
To help awaken your inner magick.
On the day or evening of the moon (Monday) take a bath or shower first to help cleanse and purify your aura and after you get dressed in some clean and comfortable clothes, find a quiet place in your home where you can be undisturbed for a least half and hour and place the notebook and pen on a table with a flat surface and site nearby it. Close your eyes for a bit while you take deep relaxing breaths and imagine that you feel and see a white light surrounding you and filling you with a feeling of peace and happiness. Next, open your eyes and then open the fist page of the notebook and with your pen draw the shape of a square or rectangle on the page and look into the square while you imagine that this is a doorway and it is opening up and you are stepping through the door. Let yourself relax and feel happy and uplifted as you imagine that your mind is stepping though that doorway into a sunny gardent that is full of your favorite plants and flowers. Let yourself stay in that enchanted place and have fun imagining for a while as you say these words:
"To the left and right of me, Above and below me, I awaken the spirit of nature and magick within me."
When you feel you are ready, let your mind come back through the door and close the notebook, and say:
"I am a wonderful child of the Universe, and so will it be."
When you finished your spell, you can write the words, MY MAGICKAL DIARY, or whatever words you like on the front cover and keep this book as your enchanted workbook for spells and wishes.
This isn't fake, it is an actual process that some go through as part of their becoming. The ones that are fake are the ones that say the spell is the 'only thing' you need to awaken your magic.
This isn't fake, it's an awakening ritual to connect you with spirit or the energy we call magick. Just because it appears boring and you don't awaken from the meditation controlling the elements or shooting lightnight from your wand or something, doesn't make it fake [quite the opposite. This ritual highlights what real magick is like]
Fallen flames your mean. If you dont believe in magic thats fine but dont be mean to other people about their spells because of it. People work really hard on these and it takes a lot of trial and error to make a spell, so dont go around saying its fake.
This is what a real ritual does. This is what real magick looks like. Shooting bright colored lights from your hands and having things suddenly happen will never happen. At least not with natural magick. Being a witch isn't about flying on broomsticks, having the strength of ten men, the agility of a tiger, or being able to control any element. It's about being connected to nature.
This sounds like a dedication ritual. You do not need to dedicate yourself to a deity, but you can dedicate yourself to your path. It will not ''awaken'' any hidden powers, but it would be your first step down your path. Overall, worth a try.
Get a blue pen, hold it in your hand, charge it with energy, and say a chant that sets its intention. If you plan to use it to write in your Book of Shadows, or use it in a specific type of spell, say so in your chant. Afterward, only use the pen for its intended purpose.
To be honest, this is the kind of spells I absolutely enjoy seeing. The way people make these rituals and spells is awe-inspiring! Especially the ones that aren't the highly-disliked ''fluff'' section.
I think it's funny when someone like FallenFlames doesn't believe in magic, so they find a magic website and create a profile on said website, just so they can let other people know how they're feeling.
No, that's not what it means. You test things to see if they work. It doesn't mean they'll work simply because you tried it. I tried peanut butter and pickles once because someone said it was good, but I still hated it. You test a spell, you learn it does/doesn't work, and you either find how to fix the spell, or move on.
