Go into your quiet place. Hold the rose quartz in your hand and sit down and look at the person you want to have a crush through your minds eye and chant:
God please here my plea. I like this person so make them like me. The next time you see them they will have a crush on you.
It depends. While of heard of some Wiccans being more open, I feel to strictly adhere to Wiccan rules, this spell may not exactly be recommended. If you believe in the rule of three this spell should be considered thoroughly before being cast.
It depends on your definition of ''harm'' in that case. Some Wiccans conclude love spells are automatically good and therefore fine to cast, others avoid love spells that are cast over another as it messes with free will. This one would make the person want to be with you, thus falling into the free will category. However, no spell is permanent, and love spells are just to get their attention, you need to work on the bond. Ask yourself if you feel right starting a relationship on a lie [because technically you tricked them into liking you at first] The right answer is what feels right to you.
Simplistic, but plausible. Be sure to actually chant. Do not say it once and walk away. Charge energy until you feel like you may burst, then chant. Repeat it until you fall into a rhythm. Keep chanting until you feel all the energy is gone.
