Wrap the bandage or towel around your waist but first soak it in warm water. Lie down with it on your waists whilst eating a small fruit like a grape or strawberry. After picture what you want to look like and picture your self deflating and say this 3 times:

 



"I wish to be ( how you want to look ) I wish to stay this size no matter what food I eat grant me thy wish so mote it be."
