On the dark of the moon in a graveyard say a mass for the dead in your enemies name.

Need more details

You need more ingredients, you also need to remember that black magick is extremely dangerous. If you don't know what you're doing you're in for it. Also if you're too weak emotionally, you could become demonically possessed. Seems you may need to do more research on your black magick a bit.

Ha! If only it was that simplistic. This requires more than one sentence, but there is a way to call on the dead to harm your enemy. Making them so sick they die is one way. But this has no Magik or intention behind it. I do not recommend attempting to go to a graveyard and request help from the dead unless you know what you are doing. Research is key.
