put the wood inbetween your hands and chant ''bring protection by wood and runes.. allow no harm to come to me. let all that wish me ill be thwarted by this power''.

i have researched these symbols and found that inguz is protection from physical threats. algiz is spiritual protection. isa strengthens other symbols that have the same meaning. and perthro increases it's ability to act upon the world.
