Wish Spell...help

I've never tried a wish spell before and have a question or two... maybe three about them.

But first here's the scenario:
-My house was foreclosed on and I was evicted in January. The VA (Department of Veteran's Affairs) now owns it.

My wish:
-To get my house back (and visualizing the whole process of contacting them, having the conversation, coming to an agreement, signing papers, getting handed keys, moving, unpacking, etc....)


The questions:
-Do wish spells actually work? -Is this unrealistic? -What would be the best way to word it? -Would just wishing to get my house back be to vague or should the wording me more specific?

Perhaps there is a different spell that would work better?
