Spirit?

I was in gym class at my school, sitting in this one area, and I felt this chill. I felt cold, almost like I could sense something was there. I asked one of my friends (she doesn't practice magic) who said that she felt something similar the previous day. Does anyone know what it could be? I can't try to contact it if I need to be in that area. Anyone know what it is?
