There are a plethora of spells and practices out there. The trick is in finding the method best suited to what you already practice, and also the particular situation/desired form of healing.

It may help to get a little more info. Here are a few guiding questions that will help us in helping you...

Are you looking to heal something specific like a physical injury, a sickness, an emotional trauma, etc?

Are you looking for a method of self-healing, or to heal someone/thing/place else?

Are there any specific methods of magic and energy working that you would prefer? Herb craft, crystal working, energy working, reiki/chigung, or from a particular tradition you may already be familiar/comfortable with?

Self healing and there is no persific way I wan't

I made one you can use as a base spell. Tho you'll need to be versed in casting circles and imagery/ meditation. Its on my profile under history.
