It is possible yes. Some covens have moved away from skyclad for group events as it makes people uncomfortable. If you are a part of a coven, ask them how they do initiations.
initiated is to join a coven, dedicated is to confirm yourself as a Wiccan. so if you're wishing to speak before the Goddess and God and tell them you wish to walk this Wiccan path, you are asking for a skyclad dedication ceremony. this is easy peasy lemon squeezy my friend, simply design a ritual [or find one online] but preform it naked. there are many wonderful dedications online, but i feel it's best to speak from your heart. couple key elements is to cleanse the area, have a cleansing bath [if you were to wear clothes wear clean ones. white is also a common suggestions i've heard. you might consider a white robe to wear as you leave the bath and go to the ceremony space be it inside or in the woods, and remove the robe when you are 'born' a Wiccan] then say a little something to the Lord and Lady [Lord of the land, Lady of the moon, i am NAME and i wish to walk beside you. after a year and a day i feel (personal information) and in my heart this path is right for me. please guide me as i grow.] give an offering of cake and ale [or if you're following me kool-aid and chocolate chip cookies lol] meditate for a bit, give thanks, open circle, return home. [please note none of that is set in stone, that's just some main points most dedications have]
if you are being initiated into a Wiccan coven and wish to do so skyclad, ask the High Priest and/or High Priestess about it. if this coven isn't the skyclad type, the coven might not be the right one for you. i have one friend who was initiated into a coven, she said she entered the circle with light white clothes, and at one point the High Priest and High Priestess cut them with the sword, she then removed them and was 'reborn' a pagan [she does not follow Wicca, so idk if any Wiccan covens/paths have a similar ceremony. ask your coven what the initiation entails]
That very much depends upon the coven and the Wiccan Tradition into which you are being initiated. If you are talking about British Traditional groups such as Gardernian, Alexandrian, etc then the answer would be no. Those particular Traditions require that you be skyclad for initiation.
Many other covens and Traditions have no such requirement. I would say to ask the High Priest or High Priestess before you join any coven as to whether they would require you to be skyclad for initiation. If the answer is yes and you are uncomfortable with that, then you can always look for a different group.
If you are simply going to practice as a Solitary then what you are talking about is a "dedication" to the path of Wicca, rather than an initiation which requires both someone to initiate you and a group to be initiated into. When it is just yourself you can work skyclad or not as you wish.
