but how do i know i wont be dragged to hell is there anyway to SAFELY communicate with him yknow if i wanted to and what would be the best way to banish him

We do not know why you are hearing him, we do not know what 'hell' means to you. Therefore, you need to make the decision yourself and deal with the consequences as they come.

It depends on what you want to do.If you saw it and don't really care them do nothing but if you saw it and don't want it I suggest cleansing your home ( if you saw it in your home ) or doing a banishing spell this site has some great ones!
