hi i need help with

gathering energy i know to meditate but havei adhd and its hard ll but how do u know ur gathering and wat do u think of wile meditating just nothing pwease help

welcome to my world. same problems, except you're a step ahead of me. I'm still learning to meditate.

boy, ADHD makes it hard to even mediatate, doesn't it? How long did it take you to get to the point you could focus and clear your mind?

well becuz i constantly think of stuff i just think of black just everything is black when that happends u begin to meditate =] when that hapend think of obsorbing energy think of your element now all i need is a wand lol and a crystal =] um ya and learn anything new please do tell . =]

Keeping a blank mind helps for me, but if it's actually and obstacle for you than I think you can feel energy gathering in just a regular mindstate? And maybe work with simply personal psi before turning it elemental... and there's an older but very useful thread on it in this forum that's more sensory. Hope this helps.

stare at a light and close your eyes still see the light dont move your eyes it will get closer and u see your magic and charkra.
