no, the moon cannot grant your wish. if your wish is in the realm of reality, you could make a wish under the full moon [focusing energy and visualizing your desired outcome] this could influence the situation and bring the wish. thing is magick isn't the movies, what most pagans believe about the moon is not that it's magick. most believe it can push and pull the energy used in spells. many also worship the Goddess which is represented by the moon. when the moon is at its peak, the Goddess is in her mother phase and at the peak of her energy. this is a time for spells, but spells can be cast 365 days a year. the full moon is seen more as a day of prayer [think of sundays being church days]
