Relation With Wand/Staff

I've decided to make this thread for us to talk about wands/staffs, and how to start and also mantain a good and healthy relation with them. So, feel free to say anything about your wand/staff or to say any information on them, from how to craft it to how to master it (and yes, I meant to rhyme with that).
